We ask that you please send a picture of your current hair and a picture of your hair goal to the salon email. We also ask for either a card on file or a deposit of $50 to secure your first time color appointment. This deposit is refundable if you cancel with 48 hours or more notice and the deposit will be applied to your service charge on the day of your appointment.

Guests are able to cancel appointments online with 48 hour notice with no penalty. Within the 48 hour window, guests must call to cancel. If the appointment is cancelled with fewer than 48 hours notice, the guest will be charged for 50% of the appointment cost before they will be allowed to reschedule. No shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost before being allowed to reschedule.
