Please note we do have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 hours in advance will have a fee applied that is 50% of the scheduled service and no-shows will have a fee applied of 100% of the scheduled service plus 20% gratuity. We also require a valid credit card on file for all appointments.

New clients: please be sure to schedule “new” service to ensure time for a consultation with your stylist!

If you are a returning client and it’s been more than 6 months, please also book as “new” to ensure enough time for the appointment.
